HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date. Products will be shipped the day after processing. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sale seasons. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We typically process the orders in 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). And from there you will receive your order in 6-15 business days (Mon-Fri). Please know that we're doing the best we can to get the orders out promptly.

It's typical for your phone or charger to generate warmth during charging; however, it should never reach a temperature where it becomes uncomfortably hot to the touch. This could be attributed to one of the following factors: Your phone isn't being positioned correctly, as it needs to align precisely with the charging coil in the charger for efficient charging. Your case is too thick, hindering effective energy transfer.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.
